With a background as a professional organizer and luxury handbag designer, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some of the most creative and visionary minds. Over time, I noticed a common thread: many of these talented individuals were also living with ADHD.
Despite their brilliance, they often struggled with idea overload, executive function, clutter, and follow-through. I saw firsthand how ADHD could fuel their creativity—while also making it harder to channel that creativity into consistent action, leading to real challenges in daily life.
Motivated by what I learned from my clients, coworkers, and my own experiences, I pursued specialized ADHD coach training through the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), the global leader in ADHD coach education. I’m also a proud member of ACO (the ADHD Coaches Organization), CHADD (Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder), and ADDA (the Attention Deficit Disorder Association), staying connected to the latest research, tools, and support in the ADHD community.
Now, as an ADHD coach, my goal is to help you calm the mental clutter, organize the idea overwhelm, and build the systems and habits that help you follow through on the amazing things you dream up.
